Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. To initiate a return, please email us on nonsyncessential@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

Eligibility for Returns

A product will be eligible for return only if it satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within the applicable return window.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact and included.
  • The product is free from stains, odours, damage, alterations, or any signs of use.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving any return request. If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, the return request may be rejected.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund may be processed through bank transfer or any other method will be communicated by the email. 

Shipping charges, handling fees, and other non-refundable charges, if any, will not be refunded unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product delivered by us.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability.

An exchange may be requested if:

  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You require a different size, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized, personalised, or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Any product specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email on nonsyncessential@gmail.com. You may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and its packaging to facilitate verification.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as deemed appropriate.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with this policy or where there is evidence of misuse, abuse of the return process, or fraudulent activity.
