Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our products across India. At present, we do not offer international shipping unless expressly stated on our website.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 4–8 business days
- Remote or Difficult-to-Reach Areas: 5–10 business days
These timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable taxes or delivery charges will also be shown before payment is made.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipment details and tracking information, where available.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, transportation disruptions, government actions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, tampered with, or opened before delivery, please refuse acceptance where possible or notify us immediately by emailing nonsyncessential@gmail.com along with photographs of the package and the product. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
